3、 Product model

According to the effect of color light from red to blue, it can be divided into:

Among them, z-10aa and z-10a are widely used in coatings, Z-10 can be used in coatings and pulp, and (4) (5) (6) are mainly used in pulp.

4、 Usage and precautions

海洋之神590登录入口1. Before use, it should be fully vibrated and diluted with 10 times of 40-70 ℃ warm water.

海洋之神590登录入口2. When used in the coating, add 15-30ml for every 100kg white material and mix evenly.

海洋之神590登录入口3. For use in pulp, add 100-300 ml of this product to each ton of dry pulp, and add appropriate amount of shade for z-10f and z-10f2 visible products. Add it before sizing and filter it with 320 mesh filter.

4. This product has flocculation phenomenon with fluorescent whitening agent. Therefore, fluorescent whitening agent should be added first, mixed well, and then added slowly, generally not less than 20 minutes.

5. For manufacturers adding CMC, they should add CMC dissolved in advance after adding whitening agent and stirring for 20 minutes to avoid color spots.

6. This series of whitening agents are dye products, which do not have high light fastness, so the paperboard or paper using this product is easy to fade under light. If the paper or paperboard has a high demand for light resistance, it is appropriate to choose pigment type series of whitening agents.

7. The shelf life is 12 months (5-30 ℃).

5、 Packaging, storage and transportation

海洋之神590登录入口This product is non combustible, non explosive, non corrosive and non-toxic, but it should not be close to high temperature or exposed to the sun during storage and transportation. The storage temperature is 5-35 ℃, and heavy pressure is not allowed, so as to avoid package rupture and pollution of other articles.
